In a world that is so quickly changing, many parents have issues surrounding parenting. They want to set good, healthy boundaries for their children yet their children don't often agree on these limitations.

These "grass-roots" groups have been created to provide a safe, confidential and intelligent environment in which parents can receive current information and education about the issues their kids and families face.

These monthly groups address a variety of issues, depending upon the needs of the parents. Topics can include, but are not limited to puberty, establishing age-appropriate rules, boy or girl issues and development, depression, money, Internet safety, changing family values, establishing family mission statements, drinking, drug use, and school involvement.

These groups can be short-term to address some singular issues, or based on parental needs, can be together through the school years and even into college.

Fees are set per session, and a commitment to participation and confidentiality are established in the first meeting.
